Territory Holdings, Inc. is a Delaware C-Corporation building and owning a portfolio of outdoor access platforms that connect people with private land, private water, and extraordinary outdoor experiences. Its first operating platform is AnglerPass.

How are Territory Holdings and AnglerPass related?

Territory Holdings is the parent company and investment entity. AnglerPass is the first platform it has built and operates — a private-water access marketplace for fly fishing clubs, landowners, guides, and anglers. Investors invest in Territory Holdings, not in AnglerPass directly.

Is Territory Holdings just a fishing app?

No. AnglerPass is the first of a planned portfolio of category-specific outdoor access platforms. Future concepts span hunting, camping, ranch, trail, and other private-land and private-water access categories. AnglerPass is the market wedge and proof of concept — not the whole company.
